Precision Camshafts Ltd will come for subscription for IPO the next Wednesday i.e, 27 january. Thr price band decided by them is between the range Rs.180-186. The issue will close on 29th january.
Precision Camshaft Ltd. an automotive industry is looking to raise Rs. 410 crore by issuing fresh shares through IPO worth of Rs.240 crore.
The company sells its products to global car makers such as General Motors and Ford Motors.
