Quick Heal come up with IPO
Quick Heal, Software provider Company come up with IPO today on 8/2/2016.
Price Band: Rs. 311-321.
The issue consists of fresh issue of Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale of about 62.70 lakh equity shares.
Quick Heal already raised rs. 133.9 crore from 10 anchor investors.
About Quick Heal
Company has no loans. The company's leadership is strong. It has 64 offices in 36 different cities.
97% of the total income comes from India only.
They will use this amount in advertisement, expansion of business etc. Out of the amount came from IPO, it will spend 111 crore Rs. in advertisement and 42 crore will be spend on Research and Development, 27 crore will be spend on new offices, renovation.

About the company: TeamLease Services Ltd., India's leading providers of human resource companies, established in 2002, having 8 regional offices and around 1000 full-time employees.
Services: Supply chain of human resources in India, focusing on 3 E's: Employment, Employability and Education.

Issue Open: Feb 2, 2016.
Issue Close: Feb 4, 2016.
Offer Price: Rs. 785 to Rs. 850.
